We Want Everyone To Succeed

We Want Everyone To Succeed

This is a very honorable want and most people truly want others to succeed with them. You must understand that as honorable as it is, it can damage your business.

When building your business you need to remember to make your priorities those that makes your business strong. Spending your time correctly is the key.

Nothing would be better than to share the steps, systems and knowledge for building their business and actually have them take action on it. Even more important have them do it as they have been shown. For all your efforts and desires to help them, only a few will take your direction to the letter.

Commitment levels differ greatly in people. Those who want to succeed will be willing to take direct and be trainable. These are the individuals you should be targeting. They will become your future leaders and require the least amount of your time in the long run.

There will be others which will not be so easy to help. They will want to change things and do things their way. They mean well but are very disruptive to your organization. If they are trying to change a proven system or business model, this will not only hurt them but can hurt your business as well. They really need to follow what is already working. If they would like to develop a new system, do it only after they are making money. Duplication will speed your business growth. Split testing will be another article in the future.

The other thing that happens is these individuals require a large part of your time. If you do not keep this in check, they can keep you from doing the things that build your business.

We want everyone to succeed but some people will not allow you to help them. Spend your time with those who have a high level of commitment. Help those who want your direction on how to build their business . The others can slow or even damage your business.

You are the expert and deserve the respect for having the knowledge and experience. Do not fault yourself for those that are not seeing the value in your help. Apply your time with those in the order of their commitment levels. Most of your time and guidance should be allotted to those who are most willing to work. Less to those who are not willing to take direction.

The individuals with less commitment levels may change after they discover their ideas are not getting results. Be patient with them and allow them to prove they deserve your efforts. Simply keep track of how they apply the steps and systems. Keep it easy with defined task and time lines.

The whole point of this is to save you time, effort and build your business quickly. Do not allow internal distractions in your organization. We want everyone to succeed and if you follow this your business and productively will improve.

Social Networking For Business

Social Networking for Business

Social networking for business is a must learn and must do for today's marketers. When done correctly it will insure the strength of your business and its longevity. If done incorrect, ensures a quick doom of your business. Far too many new business owners do just that.

As the name applies, it is social site, a place on the Internet which allows for people to gather and exchange personal information and ideas. Much like a Cyberspace pub, coffee house. People meet, become friends and share about themselves, their families, wants, likes, dislikes, jobs and etc. They look for like-minded people, so they can talk freely about the things that are important to them.

Why would they want to be social with you?

  1. They find you interesting

  2. They think you have something they want

  3. They believe you can help them get something they want

Now Social Networking is pretty easy when done right. As I said earlier, new marketers tend to be in a rush and forget to build a personal relationship first. They just blast everyone within three feet, that is breathing, about their products, services or business opportunities. This drives the new contact away quickly at great loss of time and resources. If you do not have a foundation of trust built up, then you are just a salesperson. "Get A Clue", no one likes a salesperson, not even other salespersons. It is so simple, treat people how you want to be treated. Win their trust and confidence by having a true interest in them and their lives. Find common ground, children, sports, autos, homes or just about anything you both enjoy.

Once you have built a friendship and relationship just listen. People tend to talk about what is right and what is wrong in their life. They will tell you how to sell them. You only have to listen, identify problems, needs, wants, desires, issues and provide solutions using your resources. Share with them how they can benefit. Note I did not say Sell but Share your knowledge and expertise. This also opens the door for additional sales and up sales. They will also bring referrals so be sure to ask who else you maybe able to help. If you take your time and build the relationship on trust, you build a long term relationship.

Now how does this apply to recruiting? Same as before, Listen...! Let them tell you what their hot buttons are, they will sell themselves. If you offer solutions to problems, needs, worries and such, then they will knock down your door to join in. They will want what they believe you have or believe you can help them get. They reinforce this belief through the relationship you build. Again remember their hot buttons and show the benefits of having yourself, your products, services or business opportunity. Maintain a position of strength, do not be over eager to allow someone to sign on.

Now why would I take away or let someone think I am not going to allow them to join what I am doing? That is very important and here is why. Time Management of people who are not committed is not profitable. You only want to work with talented people, committed people, motivated and focused. You need to let them know you are pre-screening to find only the best people you can share your time and expertise with. Anyone else will take far too much effort, resources and time. Protect your time and things begin to take shape quickly. The idea is to find the quality contacts and help them become quality associates. You only need a few quality associates to build a strong and profitable business. Talent is the key so when building that initial relationship review their strengths and weaknesses. Give time to the ones who will be willing to learn, work and take your expert direction.

Time For Starting A Business..!

Now Is The Correct Time For Starting A Business..!

This is an overview as to why you should start a business for yourself. The internet is being overwhelmed with an ever growing wave of people dissatisfied with Corporate Affairs. The time has passed where a person goes to work for a company and stays till retirement. Whole families would carry on the legacy of total loyalty to one company. This time is dying out not to return. Companies now view personnel as disposable and short term only. Far too many loyal employees are coming to work only to find a pink slip or the doors locked forever. The Corporations value the bottom line as priority one.

Take action in your best interest. Actively review your job situation. Does your company have a positive history with their employees? Your life security depends on watching for the signs of stormy weather. Do you have people around you being held back from moving up in the company? Even worse, are you being held back? We are seeing people asked or pressured to step down from earned positions at reduced pay in order to keep working. If they do not agree, then the pink slip comes out. Do you feel or have been lead to believe you have the possibility of advancement with a defined time line? The higher up the management chain, the fewer the positions. Unfortunately the positions tend to be reserved for family and friends over those who work hard and honestly. Can you look your company in the eye and feel you are being rewarded for your efforts? If so then you are one of the rare few. Remember loyalty should work both ways.

I simply suggest you change your mind set. People are taking charge of their futures. You are your best insurance policy. Corporations condition you to stay with the programed corporate structure. They would like you to believe everything else is some sort of pyramid. 80% or more of the company is made up of the work force making up the base. There is a small group of middle management and a smaller group of upper management. You draw this out and it forms a true pyramid. This is a one sided ploy to stop or slow change. Being a long time practice. Used to make employees unsure and less likely to leave or strike out on your own.

So how should you protect yourself? You can try to work multiple jobs but it is a large commitment of time, hard on you and harder on love ones. Burn out is the only guarantee. You can purchase a franchise but most do not have the resources. You can try to start a brick and mortar business. There is always high risk with developing a new untried and unproven business model. Few are successful, most fail with in 2 to 5 years. This is why the internet is seeing such a large surge of popularity. We suggest you start small and part time, testing the waters to see what fits your needs. Customize a business plan for yourself. The benefits to this method is less stress, improved security, reclaimed personal time and most important, your freedom. As you start to master your new business you can work to completely replace your original job. This is the real goal and the reason we want to build our dream business. When you have a solid business built, you now have something you can pass onto your heirs to improve their position in life or sell out right. No matter what or why, just get started. Do not over think it or only dream about it. It is too important to let it just sit. Remember if you keep doing the same thing over and over again, it is defined as crazy to expect different or better results. The next article will be on how to target a business right for you.
