We Want Everyone To Succeed

We Want Everyone To Succeed

This is a very honorable want and most people truly want others to succeed with them. You must understand that as honorable as it is, it can damage your business.

When building your business you need to remember to make your priorities those that makes your business strong. Spending your time correctly is the key.

Nothing would be better than to share the steps, systems and knowledge for building their business and actually have them take action on it. Even more important have them do it as they have been shown. For all your efforts and desires to help them, only a few will take your direction to the letter.

Commitment levels differ greatly in people. Those who want to succeed will be willing to take direct and be trainable. These are the individuals you should be targeting. They will become your future leaders and require the least amount of your time in the long run.

There will be others which will not be so easy to help. They will want to change things and do things their way. They mean well but are very disruptive to your organization. If they are trying to change a proven system or business model, this will not only hurt them but can hurt your business as well. They really need to follow what is already working. If they would like to develop a new system, do it only after they are making money. Duplication will speed your business growth. Split testing will be another article in the future.

The other thing that happens is these individuals require a large part of your time. If you do not keep this in check, they can keep you from doing the things that build your business.

We want everyone to succeed but some people will not allow you to help them. Spend your time with those who have a high level of commitment. Help those who want your direction on how to build their business . The others can slow or even damage your business.

You are the expert and deserve the respect for having the knowledge and experience. Do not fault yourself for those that are not seeing the value in your help. Apply your time with those in the order of their commitment levels. Most of your time and guidance should be allotted to those who are most willing to work. Less to those who are not willing to take direction.

The individuals with less commitment levels may change after they discover their ideas are not getting results. Be patient with them and allow them to prove they deserve your efforts. Simply keep track of how they apply the steps and systems. Keep it easy with defined task and time lines.

The whole point of this is to save you time, effort and build your business quickly. Do not allow internal distractions in your organization. We want everyone to succeed and if you follow this your business and productively will improve.

Basic Questions To Grow Your Team Or Organization

Basic Questions Key To Grow Your Team Or Organization

There are some very basic questions you need to ask persons looking to join your team or organization. This is not magic but the results are magic..! Remember if you appear desperate your results will be dismal. You need to maintain a position of strength and you will attract strong and positive members. This is key to building a strong organization which is better time management and pays better results. You find if you allow persons unfocused and not willing to make a true commitment, you will be trading your time away with little results. The point here is to save yourself the pains most people go through and maintain control. You want to attract people willing to learn and more importantly wanting to grow their own business. You are the expert here and they want what you have, Knowledge of how it is done...! They would not be looking if they already knew how. So here are some quick and basic questions you need to ask to find the correct quality people.

1. Are you still looking for a business of your own? (They need to understand that it will be their own business)
2. How long have you been looking? (If they have been looking longer than six months this is a red flag. They are unable to make a decision)
3. Why are you looking for a business of your own? (They truly need to know why. If they can not identify why, then you should thank them and move on)
4. What do you expect or need to make? (You are looking for people wanting to make $2,000.00 a month or more)
5. How may hours a week will you put into your business? (10 hours a week is the minimum you are looking for)
6. How can I help you? (What they are looking for you to do. Make a list)
7. Do you have the minimum monies to get started? (This is a monetary commitment and a must do)

Remember this is a sorting process. You are wanting to rate them by their commitment levels. Maintain your position of strength, it is OK to take it away from them. They need to deserve your time and they also need to understand this. If they pass the sorting process tell them they maybe someone who you can work with.

They need to prove they can complete the task you lay out for them. This shows their commitment. When giving task be sure to identify the task clearly and have a firm time line. This is a testing method to be sure who you spend time on. Your time is precious and wasting it on the wrong people can cost you a great deal more than just time.
